What is happening to East Scottsdale home values?  I have graphed the Sales trends for all the homes that have sold through the MLS since January of 2004.  They are graphed according to Dollar sales per square foot.  Graphically you can see that East Scottsdale is still a strong market.  The recent downturn could mean opportunity.
