Foreclosure Properties    "Officially FOR SALE"

TWO TYPES are listed on this site:

1. MLS PROPERTIES                               YOU WON'T FIND THIS LIST ANYWHERE !           There are  basically these two types of foreclosure properties:                             1.  Those properties where the foreclosure process has started but has not been concluded.  These properties are often listed as a "short sale" or a pre-foreclosure property. There are some opportunities however, in my experience it is usually MUCH faster and easier to work with the 2nd type of foreclosure properties which are. . .                                               2.  bank owned properties -- this is real estate that the bank has "taken back" and now  has total legal control of its future. The banks are usually trying to liquidate their asset quickly. 

 Both of these options offer potential real estate opportunities. I specialize in the bank owned properties.  

Scroll down the foreclosure tab and select the community you are interested in.  These lists are updated  frequently.

 2.  NON MLS PROPERTIES          These properties are currently   bank owned.  I have worked out an arrangement to help them liquidate these properties quickly and in turn they are willing to  offer substantial discounts from market value.  These properties move very fast so please call soon.
