What is happening to North Mesa home values?  I have graphed the Sales trends for all the homes that have sold through the MLS since January of 2004.  They are graphed according to Dollar sales per square foot.  Graphically you can see that North Mesa is still a strong market and the recent downturn could mean opportunity.
